I spun for a few hours before giving up control to my man Rico Pabon, who's a straight salsa-head. During my time I played a range of music, although Latin music and '80s R&B dominated. Still, I worked in some new tracks and even some house and Detroit techno. On the dance side of things, salsa, merengue, bachata, and hip hop were the most popular, although I worked in a couple of Detroit-style cha chas. I tried to get in a Chicago Steppin' lesson, but got kicked off the turntables! (lol). It was definitely a fun time, with good people.
