I was back in Detroit to do some DJing, namely a couple of corporate events co sponsored by ESPN, Cadillac, Gilette, and Miller Lite. I pride myself on being a more grassroots-oriented dude, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't mind doing events like this from time to time. It was pretty fun as the crowd was just looking to enjoy themselves. I'd almost compare it to a happy hour.

Feb 6 2006 - I was back in Detroit to do some DJing, namely a couple of corporate events co sponsored by ESPN, Cadillac, Gilette, and Miller Lite. It was pretty fun as the crowd was just looking to enjoy themselves. I'd almost compare it to a happy hour. The music was part of the vibe so people danced when their jam came on, but didn't complain when I mixed it up, which I did. Check the list below for proof! Jimmy Kimmel's show poked fun of this event and how low key it was. It was totally tounge-in-cheek and even though the camera was nowhere near me, why not do some name dropping (smile). Shout out to Graffiti for hooking this up and all the homies who were also a part of this event, including Don Q, Marquis, Virus, and Defiant.
